Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, if you choose to return it, you can send the item back by following the instructions outlined here.

The Pillsbury Shop can only ship within mainland United States. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification.

To protect our customers, after an order has been placed, Pillsbury is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and Pillsbury will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery timing will depend on location, please allow 7-10 days for standard deliveries. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed.

We are unable to combine shipping on separate, multiple orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Pillsbury is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact d2c.shops@genmills.com to initiate a claim.
