Pillsbury Shop - Shipping Policy

  • The customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
  • The Pillsbury Shop can ship within the lower 48 United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Consumer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Please allow at least 6-8 weeks for order processing and verification.
  • After an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address of a package that you provided at checkout.
  • Precise delivery timing will depend on the final shipping location. Please allow 6-8 weeks for standard deliveries. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
  • Orders are shipped Monday – Friday.
  • We are unable to combine shipping on separate, multiple orders.
  • The Pillsbury Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact us at d2c.shops@genmills.com.

Pillsbury Shop - Return Policy

Product Purchases

  • All sales are final. No returns. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If your product/s arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 30 business days of your receipt of your order. We will promptly replace the defective product.
